About us

Mission

Ambra was founded with the aim of providing advanced research and quality control services in the life sciences sector. The project was initiated in 2019 at Toscana Life Sciences and aims to develop solvent-free production techniques for the extraction of natural phytochemicals from plants, as well as innovative qualitative/quantitative analysis methods for the agricultural, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.

We are a Benefit Corporation

Ambra is a Benefit Corporation by statute. We believe that companies of the future should have a socially positive and ecologically sustainable impact, aiming for a vision of regenerative and non-destructive industry. The analysis laboratory was created in conjunction with the solvent-free processing project in the context of life sciences research. The preservation of phytochemicals and the vitality of the plant have a significant impact on the effectiveness of plant-based products.

Location

Our laboratories are located at the Medicinal Research Center of the Toscana Life Sciences Foundation.

TLS is a non-profit organization that works to support the development of projects, from basic research to industrial application.

In particular, the Foundation was created to facilitate the process of starting a business in the field of biotechnology applied to human health.

To achieve this, the Bioincubator was established, which today represents one of the largest entities in Europe in the field of life sciences.

Thanks to this strategic partnership, we have been able to meet two real needs: working on standardized/controlled processes and providing top-level quality control in very short turnaround times.

Analisi Idrocarburi Policiclici Aromatici

Molto importanti in ambito farmacologico e alimentare

Analisi Aflatossine
